Aluminum Extrusion Process

Our aluminum extrusion process is engineered for high-efficiency heat transfer and mechanical stability. The procedure includes two key steps:

We apply precision drilling techniques to create uniform channels that ensure consistent coolant flow, reducing resistance and maximizing thermal efficiency. Customized configurations are available to suit different fluid dynamic requirements. -
✅ Extruded Fins:
We use skiving and high-precision CNC milling to fabricate high-density fins. These fins provide large surface areas for effective air or liquid cooling, enhancing the overall heat dissipation of the thermal module.
Detailed technical specifications are listed in our material compatibility table, showing fin thickness, pitch, extrusion width, and matching heat sink profiles, providing engineers with comprehensive design guidance.
Soldering Process

Our soldering process ensures strong, thermally conductive bonds between aluminum heat sinks and additional heat dissipation components such as vapor chambers or heat pipes. We utilize several types of soldering alloys to meet different application temperatures:
- • Low-Temperature Soldering: Melting point at 138°C
- • Medium-Temperature Soldering: Melting point between 160–170°C
- • High-Temperature Soldering: Melting point at 210°C
We use fully automated reflow soldering equipment for precise temperature control and consistent solder quality. The process guarantees reliable thermal and mechanical connections, ideal for high-performance environments.
